Hello, my name is Juliana Gonzalez, and I’m the Dance teacher here at Rees! My love and passion for dance runs deep and started in high school where I was on the drill team! After high school, I had the honor and privilege to dance for the Houston Astros. I was able to live out my dream of dancing in front of thousands of fans and was given opportunities to help out in the Houston community. I carried my dance career to Sam Houston State University where I was part of their dance program. I then transferred to Texas State University where I received my Bachelor’s degree in Dance!
What I love most about dance is how it brings people together and allows you to express yourself! I am so excited to bring my passion for dance to Rees Elementary, Dance has always been my outlet and I hope to inspire the Students at Rees to find their outlet through dance.
